Mr Norman-Taylor has recognition with the following insurance companies. However if your insurance company is not listed below please do not worry, just let us know who you are with and their contact details.
Insurance companies
Please be aware that many insurance companies do not cover you for the full cost of your treatment.
You will need authorisation in advance of your child’s consultation. You can get this by ringing your insurance company and giving them Mr Norman-Taylor’s name and clinic address. They will usually ask you a bit about what is wrong with your child and why you are having a consultation. Please ask them if the authorisation covers any investigations like x-rays, blood tests or an MRI scan as this will save you time and hassle if your child needs any of these.
If your child needs surgery you will need a new authorisation number. The insurance company will usually want to know the name of the surgeon (Mr Norman-Taylor), anaesthetist, hospital where the surgery will take place, name of the procedure and the code. We will provide you with all of this information.
We will bill your insurance company directly after your consultation or surgery once we have your membership/ policy number and authorisation number. If you have a shortfall this will need to be paid directly to us, and the payment details are on the following page. The invoice we send you will also contain payment details.
